Job Title: Full-Time Embroidery Machine Operator

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Full-Time Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery equipment to produce high-quality custom apparel and accessories. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate multi-head and single-head embroidery machines (Barudan).
  • Read and interpret job tickets, design specs, and production schedules.
  • Hoop garments and materials accurately for consistent embroidery placement.
  • Thread machines, change needles, adjust tensions, and perform basic machine maintenance.
  • Load embroidery files, set color sequences, and run test sew-outs to verify quality.
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistency; correct issues as needed.
  • Monitor production output to meet daily and weekly deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Assist with other production tasks as needed (e.g., heat press, vinyl, garment preparation).


Qualifications

  • Prior experience operating commercial embroidery machines preferred, but training may be provided for the right candidate.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
  • Basic computer skills for loading and managing embroidery files.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and handle repetitive tasks.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with digitizing software (Wilcom) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of garment types, fabrics, and stabilizers.
  • Mechanical mindset for troubleshooting machine issues.


Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).

Job Title: Sports Team Sales Representative

Location: Dedham, MA

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Base + Commission)

Reports To: Store Owner



About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Sports Team Sales Representative to help grow our business by building strong relationships with local sports organizations, schools, and leagues. In this role, you’ll work directly with coaches, athletic directors, and team managers to provide them with custom uniforms, equipment, and branded apparel that fits their needs and budget.

This position is perfect for someone who loves sports, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a goal-oriented environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and contact local sports teams, schools, and leagues to present our team sales program.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, follow-up, and product knowledge.
  • Prepare and present customized product and pricing proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to manage orders, ensure timely delivery, and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Attend local tournaments, games, and community events to represent the brand and generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, leads, and client communication using CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Stay up to date with product lines, sports trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Support other team members with tasks as needed



Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B, retail, or account management preferred).
  • Passion for sports and knowledge of team dynamics and equipment needs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (local travel expected).
