Play It Again Sports® stores are independently owned and operated franchise locations that buy and sell quality used and new gear. When ordering online, you are supporting a locally owned business and your order is shipped from an individual store. Here is what you can expect when you purchase from one of our stores online:

The Day of Your Order

Availability

Since all items are simultaneously for sale locally, on rare occasions an item will no longer be available as it sold on the same day in our stores. If that happens, we will promptly issue a refund and contact you with any related information.

 

Testing & Safety

Before we ship your gear, we take the time ensure it is safe and functions as it should. We will also confirm the product is in perfect working condition and has all of the accessories meant to be included with your product.

 

Packing

We want to ensure your product arrives safely and securely. We will take the time to pack your product securely, in the right type of packaging, to make sure it gets to you in its expected condition.

Second to Third Business Day

Tracking

Our stores will use UPS, FedEx and/or USPS to ship your product, pending the size and destination of your package. 
We enter the email associated with your purchase into our shipping company's website. You will receive updates directly from that shipping company as your product moves its way to you.


Tracking information is made available when we create the shipment. This does not mean our shipper has picked it up from us yet. We will get your package into the hands of our shipper as soon as we can.

 

Shipping Pickup

Our shippers pick up at our stores during different times of the day. Your tracking information should be active on the shipper’s website by the end of the day you receive the information from us.

 

Note that just because you have the tracking number doesn’t mean your package is in their system. This only happens when the driver picks up your package and scans it into their system. We appreciate your patience when reviewing tracking information online.

Receiving Your Item

Delivery

If you purchased multiple items from multiple stores, you will may receive separate packages from each location depending on the size of the products you purchased.


Once you have received your order, go ahead and unpack it but hang on to that box and packaging materials. In the off chance your purchase was damaged in shipping, or isn't fully functional, please contact the store you purchased it from right away. You have 48 hours from the time of delivery. See our return policy for more details. If there are any issues with your shipment, please contact the store you purchased your product from directly and immediately.
