Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team! Whether part-time or full-time, you’ll assist customers, process sales and trades, and help maintain a clean, organized store. This is a great opportunity for sports enthusiasts who enjoy a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers in finding the right gear
• Process sales transactions, trades, and returns efficiently
• Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store
• Price and tag merchandise accurately
• Stay knowledgeable about sports equipment trends and store promotions
• Help receive, organize, and stock new and used inventory
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Take photos and videos for social media posting - not required but is a plus

Qualifications:

• Friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Interest in sports and fitness 
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be reliable and a team player

Job Types & Availability:

• Part-Time: Flexible hours, including evenings and 2-3 weekend days per month
• Full-Time: 30-40 hours per week
