The RFT Pro’s power rack offers everything you need for a complete strength workout. With vertical bar storage, a multi-grip chin bar, safety spotters, and three sets of bar catches—including utility catches on the front of the spotters—this rack is designed for convenience and safety. Adjust the bar catches and spotters in seconds with solid steel pop-pins, and rely on the laser-etched index on the uprights for precise alignment. The safety spotters and utility hooks are topped with ultra-wear-resistant UHMW plastic, protecting your bars’ knurling for long-term use.

FULLY FUNCTIONAL

Experience unparalleled versatility with the dual front adjustable swiveling pulleys. With 23 height positions, these pulleys allow you to customize your workout for any exercise. Simply release the pop-pin and slide the pulley to your desired position, using the laser-etched numbers on the uprights to ensure both pulleys are at equal heights.

GET LOW & BRING IT DOWN

The RFT Pro features dual independent pulleys, both high and low, for a wide range of exercises. The low pulleys at the rear swivel to allow multiple planes of cable movement, making them perfect for rows, bicep curls, and ab exercises. The high pulleys, mounted at the top rear of the rack, can be used with the included lat bar or single handles to target your shoulders, back, and arms.
