Customer Service Team Member

We are a locally-owned family business seeking an energetic individual for sales associate position to provide excellent customer service. Work schedule would be varied between afternoon and evening shifts with availability to work some weekends as needed, usually on a rotating basis. Responsibilities Greet and direct customers Gain and share knowledge of product features and pricing Accurately operate point-of-sale system Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services Ensure racks are fully stocked Provide customer feedback to the store manager/owner Stay up-to-date with new products/services Perform light cleaning duties as assigned Skills Proven work experience in a retail or customer service setting Understanding of the retail sales process Basic computer knowledge Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts, including days and some weekends Job Type: Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule
