Sales Associate
Help promote all aspects of the business including but not limited to buying, selling, pricing, and merchandising. Promote a high level of customer service by ensuring customers are assisted in an enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable manner. Assist store management in all store operations, including the buying of used merchandise.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for sports and sporting goods
- Ability to lift and move sporting equipment
- Comfortable appearing in and contributing to social media content, including product highlights, promotions, community events, and store marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
- Experience creating social media content, photography, or short-form video is a plus
Sales Associate/Key Holder
Help promote all aspects of the business including, but not limited to, buying, selling, pricing, merchandising, and customer engagement. Deliver a high level of customer service by ensuring customers are assisted in an enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable manner. Assist store management with daily store operations, including the buying and evaluation of used sporting goods merchandise.
Key Holders are additionally responsible for supporting store leadership with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, maintaining store standards, leading associates during assigned shifts, and helping ensure operational excellence throughout the store. This role requires strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills while maintaining a positive and team-oriented environment.
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with inventory management and merchandising
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
- Supporting training and development of team members
- Handling customer concerns and resolving issues professionally
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Promoting a fun, energetic, sports-focused shopping experience
