Sizes HOW-TO MEASURE:

1. The circumference of the head should be measured at a point approximately one inch above the eyebrows in front, and at a point in the back of the head that results in the largest possible measurement.

HOW-TO FIT:

1. Open helmet to its largest setting and position on the head so that the front edge of the helmet is one finger width above the eyebrows
2. Slide the front and back portions of the helmet together until a comfortable snug fit is achieved
3. Tighten the adjustment mechanism
